ORGANIZES: COLLEGE OF ECONOMISTS OF CATALONIA
The National Competition Commission has referred to the need to liberalize land regulation, with the aim of promoting free competition.
This is a line of thought that is derived for the third time in a Report made public. It is not surprising, then, that after this position a proposal for modification of the Land Law comes.
In view of this dynamic, the College of Economists of Catalonia considers it appropriate to organize a day of information and debate that seeks to explain the characteristics of the market of the soil, its nature and the instruments (programming and management) that can help to limit the rigidity it presents.
