Targets:	Apply mechanisms and methodologies for the effective management of meetings.   Review the technicians and tools to focus and manage meetings in the most effective way.   Develop and improve practical skills for the effective management of meetings.   Alternatives to apply in complex situations that may occur during meetings.
Contents:	Management of effective meetings (3 h) Justification of the meeting. Planning of the meeting. Management and development of the meeting. Evaluation (plus / deltas) of the meeting. Roles for effective meetings. Best practices (promote / avoid) of effective meetings.
