Targets:	Analyze and know the requirements of the new RD 866/2010 applicable in the processing of vehicle reforms. The impact and practical application of the new regulations will be announced and the most common reforms will be analyzed. Attendees will be able to clarify the doubts about the application of the regulations. .
Contents:	Introduction. Definition of objectives. Components of vehicles subject to regulation. Reform Definition and scope. Transitional provision. Reforms of new typing. New manual of vehicle reforms, new codes, Annex III. New model of workshop certificate. Practical cases, personalization of carriages, among others: Modification or installation of lighting and light signaling devices. Pneumatics. Adaptation of vehicle for the use of GLP / GNC DVD, sound equipment, speakers. Alerons, heels, para-cops. Defenses, stirrups, winches. Adaptations for people with reduced mobility Old comparison RD 736/88 and new RD 866/10.
