THE MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL STRENGTH AND OF ORGANIZATIONS

This course has been organized with the aim of knowing the elements that make up stress and recognize them in real life, both personally and professionally. Work on instruments and strategies to improve the management of our organizations

It is a question of being able to differentiate the different processes of stress, bournout and mobbing in reality, in order to intervene and become aware of the strengths and weaknesses, both personal and in our work organization, in order to improve synergies and commitment between people and the company

1. The process of generating stress
2. Identification of the most significant elements of the process based on practical cases
3. The sources of work stress
4. Personal characteristics of stress
5. How to deal with stress. Strategies.
6. Instruments and measuring tools.
7. Preparation of improvement proposals adapted to our organization

METHODOLOGY
Explanation of the most significant elements of the Model of Lazarus and Folkman to understand the sources, the process and the consequences of work stress
Work in practical cases in groups, to identify the elements and see possible ways of intervention or change
