Targets:
For many, and even more in our environment, keeping it is just repair. But that is not true. Corrective maintenance must be only a small part of a whole world dedicated to the conservation and programming of the necessary actions on the maintenance of a productive process and the elements and systems that make up industrial, residential, tertiary and commercial buildings. The objective is clear: to control the life cycle of the machines, installations and buildings so that the maximum possible length is extended, with the least possible cost. This will allow the value of investments to remain active not only during the amortization time, but even afterwards. Achieving all these goals is maintenance management.

The industrial sector has always been sensitive to conserving its assets. From the manufacturing companies in the field of automotive and aeronautics, the most innovative systems have emerged for the best productive management and the best management of the maintenance of its factories, as part of the system of operations. Concepts such as RCM, 5s and TPM are the main basis of the maintenance techniques that have allowed to improve the efficiency and profitability of the industrial companies. This course will expose and develop the essential concepts of maintenance management of industrial infrastructures.

On the other hand, it must be said that in the last years of growth in the construction sector in the residential and tertiary areas, a set of elements of work, facilities, infrastructures and Very spacious installations. But what must be done with these assets? The clearest option is to take care of and optimize everything that we have already built. And this is only achieved through good maintenance management.
