| Targets: | As an engineer or technician, do you know the responsibilities of the agents involved in a work, the functions of a foreman and those in charge? Do you know the management systems to improve profitability and obtain more profit? Do you know how to create a UTE and what types there are? Do you know what the types of construction contracts are? And how should certifications and invoices be made according to these contracts? You will find the answers in this course, since on the one hand, it allows professional training to work as a Construction Engineer, in addition to offering attendees a general view and a specific view of the world of construction works and technical facilities. The most important and fundamental aspects for its management are also exposed, in order to know where it is at each moment (activity, ongoing activity, profitability, etc.). All this with a double purpose: first of all to comply with the essential commitments of the works by the agents involved; and, secondly, that the joint work that the Project Manager must develop with his Project Manager, of the works they manage, are as efficient as possible, in order to make them more profitable, in order increase the company's profit. The course is focused from a pedagogical point of view, debate and dialogue, through theory, brainstorming and the resolution of two cases. |
