| What will we see? | It is about visiting the COVA DE LA MONEDA, located in the "EL MOTLLATS" range at 1022 meters above sea level. It is a cavity practically horizontal that has a route of 165 meters and an unevenness of 11 meters. That has a very low difficulty although there are two more delicate steps that will be fully insured and seamless.  |
| Recipients: | All people can participate except those with incompatible conditions (cardiac conditions and physical or other handicaps) to a degree that can pose a risk. |

| Essential: | Depending on the time of the year, the amount of clothing to be worn must be modulated (use will be reported a few days before). It is advisable, make it cold or hot to be equipped with a raincoat, waterproof or lightweight umbrella in case. Even if the weather is cloud, always apply sun cream, always take it to the mountain. The ideal footwear is the mountain boots in any of its variants. You can also go with wedges that have a single consistent and a suitable drawing. To enter the Cave and in order not to get dirty your normal clothes, it is advisable to wear a mechanical frog, an old tracksuit or simply old clothes to change. Also carry a backpack to place some piece of clothing, waterproof, food, water (essential) and the helmet that we will facilitate when you start walking. |

| Important: | Breakfast needs to be taken. Once in the cars and for lunch, you have several options: -1) Take the car and leave -2) Those who carry snacks can eat at the refuge, you will find fresh beverages, coffee and others. -3) Lunch in the refuge where they have simple but correct menus with a price that can range between 10 and 15 € / person. In this last case, you will have to order them in advance (a few days before we will inform you of the menus) |
