Technical instructions of the SVCA (CAPCA classification). Decree 117/2003, on the processing of VOC's. Example of notification / procedure authorization process. Non-systematic focus / focus exempts. Frequency of measures. Guide model (example of cases and control program). The administrative intervention of the establishments (article 16). Substantial changes in focus (art. 16). Renewal authorization emissions. Actions and requirements to be fulfilled in accordance with decree 139/2018. Sampling for obtaining the PCI of a residue. Initial sampling and newspapers of iron and steel slags. Characterization of waste for admission to landfills or to classify its hazard. Sampling for PCB analysis.
