[COURSE] INDUSTRIAL EMISSIONS AT THE ATMOSPHERE, REGULATIONS, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

Achieve basic knowledge about atmospheric emissions. Resolve doubts and introduce the extensive and complex regulations of industrial emissions into the atmosphere, reinforcing the introduction and implications of the new Decree 139/2018, of July 3, on the atmospheric environmental intervention regimes of establishments where Potentially polluting activities of the atmosphere are developed. Clarify the procedures to be followed according to the CAPCA and the corresponding administrative competence. Make possible what we think impossible: emissions into the atmosphere are complex and fragile due to the diversity of existing regulations and industrial sectors, but every day you know a little more! • Introduction of the concept of emissions into the atmosphere.
• Introduction to the basic legislation of application. Regulatory developments, Decree 139/2018. Introduction to the Technical Instructions of the Air Surveillance and Control Service and the specific legislation regarding emissions to the atmosphere.
• Presentation of the Guide to establish the conditions in terms of emissions to the atmosphere to the environmental permissions of the potentially polluting activities of the atmosphere: emission limit values and technical prescriptions
• Criteria and application for the control and inspection in establishments. Assistant practitioners: consultation of real cases.
• • Practical cases (identification of emitting centers, CAPCA classification, emission limits, application of MTDs, corrective measures ...)
  • Doubts about the application of regulations.
  • Doubts of municipal technicians on conditions and emission limit values to be fixed to an industry or doubts about how to process it,
  • Questions about consulting and / or engineering projects that are pending submission or submitted to the Administration from the point of view of the emissions to the atmosphere to give it a response in the course with the aim of applying the subject and the concepts Learn and serve as an example for the other attendees (from CAPCA classifications, process definition, new designs with corrective measures, doubts of non-substantial modifications, measurement doubts ...), etc.
