| Targets: | The construction sector is witnessing changes of great importance. Public construction tender for the Ministry of Public Works must incorporate BIM requirements as of December 17, 2018 and, for infrastructure, the obligation will be effective as of July 26, 2019. For its part , the Generalitat de Catalunya has just approved a Government Agreement that obliges the BIM methodology to be applied to public works and construction contracts from 5 million euros, and to those of supply and services from € 200,000. In addition, large private projects are already running according to the requirements of this new methodology. |
| Contents: | During the seminar, it will be presented what is BIM, it will be advised how to implement it in an easy way, what tools are necessary (hardware, software and systems) and how this new methodology will contribute to transforming the way of projecting, building, maintaining and manage the infrastructures and buildings of our territory. |
| Recipients: | Professionals that provide project, programming, planning, management / maintenance or maintenance services to public and / or private entities, as well as promoters and builders and / or any other AECO agent working with BIM. |
