Targets:
On April 5, RD 244/2019, which regulates the administrative, technical and economic conditions of the consumption of electrical energy, was approved.

To train technicians to be able to design solar PVT installations for self-consumption in all the modes that the RD 900/2015 contemplates, use a program of calculation of energy valorisation and definition of the consumption profiles.

Photovoltaic consumption is a reality that will increasingly be implemented in Catalonia, within the strategic plan of the Transition Energy of Catalonia and the impulse that leads the ICAEN.
Contents:

1. Regulatory framework and basic concepts

Legal framework of self-consumption. RDL 15/2018, RD 900/2015, RD 1699/2011 and RD 842/2002 (REBT).
Technical implications of RD Autoconsum:

- Types of installations. Application of the connection point. Procedures with the distributor.
- Shared Autoconsum. Options
- Legalization and inscription of the facilities. Register of freelance admission. Company channel
- Technical project and technical design memory. Installation certificate. Initial inspections.
- Zero injection. UNE 217001.
- Private technical regulations of distributors.

2. Technical foundations of design and operation

- Analysis of the consumption profile. Consumer monitoring. Constant or seasonal consumption profiles.
