  • Purchases and contracts: Practical exercise: Case ETAP. Types of contracts: Turnkey, Construction Management, General Contractor, Management Constructing. Fixed price, closed price.

Documentation: Documentation will be available on the platform 24 to 48 hours before the start of training. In the case that there is additional documentation after the training, we will provide it later.
Certification: Upon completion of the training, students will receive a certificate of attendance that can be downloaded on the platform.
Targets: Establish and systematize techniques in which a project director must move, and especially the personal and professional characteristics that will have to be put into play to ensure the success of the projects entrusted to him.

Cancellation of registrations:

Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, which is why it is important that you notify the cancellations.

The cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training via email formacio@cetit.org, if 100% of the amount of the training action will not be invoiced.

  1. XAVIER DE ROCAFIGUERAEnginyer Industrial a la ETSEIB. Ha realitzat un Programa de Direcció General a l'IESE, PDG96 i va cursar el Màster de "Direcció Integrada de Projectes" per l'ETSEIB. Actualment Director de l'Àrea de Sistemes a GPO Ingeniería. Abans d'entrar en el grup GPO, va ser director general de Enginyeria SITE SL, Director de Projectes a L’Enginyeria Pamias SA., i director de INARDI SL del grup CAST. És professor de diversos cursos de Direcció de Projectes i de Gestió d'Empreses d'Enginyeria. Col·laborador del màster d'Eficiència energètica de la Universitat de Barcelona i col·laborador a la Universitat Pompeu Fabra del màster de Control de Gestió Avançat.
