5. COURSE SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS.

Documentation: The documentation will be available on the platform between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the training. In the event that there is additional documentation after the training, we will provide it later.
Certification: Once the training action has been completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance which can be downloaded to the platform.
Targets:

Do you, as a manager within your company or working for someone else, know how to get out of the daily situation in which you live surrounded? If you have just been promoted in the world of business management, are you clear on what you should or should not do in the face of the daily situation? If someone says “He’s wrong” does he know how to refute and argue his interlocutor without getting nervous or upset? Do you know what is best for you and your company? Can you decide the most appropriate path or solution? Do you have technical ability as an engineer but are afraid of being promoted in the direction or management of the company because you don’t know how to solve certain situations? How should I treat the human team that are my teammates, when I am promoted to director ... should I treat them differently? The answers to these questions can be found in this managerial skills course for engineers.

This course will guide you in finding the basic skills needed in this area in the face of your daily work. And not only for those engineers who have been in positions of responsibility for many years but also for those people who have to join or have recently joined a managerial position and have to acquire the essential knowledge in this field.

This course will also allow you to resolve your doubts in this area. The course professor, as an Engineer and MBA, experienced the crisis of 1993, and despite the adverse situation he directed his future by taking on new professional challenges, beyond the technical world, but within the technical world. After a personal strategic planning, following this proactive philosophy, with a networking job and with a suitable training he obtained jobs of business management in several companies: Head of Purchasing, Commercial Director, Regional Director and later General Manager.

The program focuses from an interactive point of view, which will allow you to find answers to the questions raised by each of the attendees, and which, through the course teacher, as an expert director, both multinational and SME, will offer those tips. and solutions that are the subject of debate, based on the issues raised during the training action. This course will be supported by the screening of an audiovisual related to the business world that will help you to perceive the information necessary to reflect on knowing what we should do and what we should not do.

Practical actions will also be developed through the Role Playing method to teach the fundamental positives and correct the mistakes that should be avoided in managerial actions. The ultimate goal of the course is to know what are the key values of managerial capacity and what we must have internalized, in order to be successful in our personal and therefore professional development.

Cancellation of registrations:

Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, which is why it is important that you notify the cancellations.

The cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training via email formacio@cetit.org, if 100% of the amount of the training action will not be invoiced.
