Modality: On line streaming. It allows the live broadcast of the course through the virtual classroom with the CISCO WEBEX platform. It can be done from the place you want, with computer, mobile or tablet, and allows you to follow the course live with the teacher, participate in solving the exercises, ask questions in situ, listen to the queries of other attendees and follow the teacher's notes on the board. Once the training is over, attendees will be able to consult the recordings of the course in their private area, if these have been previously authorized by the teacher of the course or managing entity.
Aimed at: To engineers and technicians who make decisions in Maintenance, not only responsible but any technician who acts in the field of maintenance management. Due to its wide and detailed content, it is also applicable to: PRL managers, risk managers, FM (Facility Management) managers, plant managers, process managers, production managers, or Human Resources managers, Engineering technicians. , Construction, and Facilities, not only in industrialized environments, but also (and specifically) in infrastructure and building environments. Although the syllabus is focused and developed from a legal point of view, attendees are not required to provide any prior knowledge of law.

Documentation: The documentation will be available on the platform between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the training. In the event that there is additional documentation after the training, we will provide it later.
Certification: Once the training action is completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance that can be downloaded to the platform.
Targets: The course proposes to know the three most important aspects of the maintenance of any installation from the point of view of regulatory compliance: the minimum contents of the plans of maintenance from regarding operations, periodicities of interventions; periodic inspections and verifications and the essential aspects of legalization of facilities. But in addition an adequate Maintenance Management contemplates of other aspects that have relation with the valid legislation and that have a relation with the technicians and heads of maintenance: it treats of the administrative responsibility, civil, professional, and criminal in which they can incur the Heads of Maintenance, as a result of their decisions; the drafting and interpretation of maintenance contracts; and also of the PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) with regard to the responsibility that affects them.

3. IMPORTANT NOTE: bonuses are carried out through external advice. Those who want to take advantage of the bonus for any training action, the price will be increased by 20% (which can also be discounted and recovered).

Cancellation of registrations:

Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, which is why it is important that you notify the cancellations.

The cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training via email formacio@cetit.org, if 100% of the amount of the training action will not be invoiced.
