Aimed at: Industrial Engineers, specialized draftsmen of the industrial sector and all those interested in learning the basic tools of work with this program of parametric design and 3D simulation with a high implantation in the companies of the industrial sector.
Dates: Days (6, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 27 and 29) of September and (4, 6, 13, 14, 20 and 25) of October.
Schedule: From 5 pm to 7.30 pm approximately.
Duration: 35 hours
Programming:
  1. GENERAL INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM
  • Working methodology, different types of files (ipt, idw, iam, ipn, ...)
  • Work environment: User interface, use of the browser.
  • Creating sketches: - 2D drawing tools: lines, circles, arcs, polygons, text, ...
    - 2D editing tools: cut, copy, move, scale, ...
  • Concept of parametric work: - Geometric constraints: parallelism, perpendicularity, tangency, ... - - Dimension or size constraints
  • Import 2D drawings from AutoCAD

2. CREATION OF PIECES, DRAWING OPERATIONS AND PRESETS

  • Basic operations: Extrusion, Revolution, Lifting, Emptying, Spirals, Holes, Threads, Sweeping, Nerves, ...
  • Plans, axes and work points
  • Editing 3D pieces
  • Patterns and symmetries of operations
  • Working with Parameters
  • IProperties: Properties of the pieces, application of materials and calculation of moments of inertia and volumes
  • IFeatures: Automated piece operations
  • IParts: Automated creation of one-piece versions
  • Administration of styles and general tools for pieces: creation of notes, options, measure, ...
  • Export to other formats: dwg, step, obj, sat, ...

3. ASSEMBLY OF PARTS

  • Introduction and basic concepts
  • Placement of components
  • Creation of components in situ
  • Structure of a coupling. Parts lists
  • Creating and editing restrictions
  • Interferences and degrees of freedom
  • Content Center: Use of standard libraries
  • Management of general styles and tools for assemblies

4. PRESENTATIONS

  • Creating presentation views
  • Movement of components
  • Trajection trajectories and animation of movements

5. DOCUMENTATION OF A PROJECT

  • Introduction to the work environment, creation of different sheets in the same file
  • Style manager: rules, layers, dimensioning, text, ...
  • Resources for plans: Sheet formats, frames, boxes and symbols
  • Creation and editing of Views: basic and projected, sections, ...
  • Dimensioning and Annotation of plans
  • Parts lists. Presentations
  • Printing
Documentation: The classes are theoretical-practical. Students will be provided with the practices to be carried out during the classes in pdf format
Certification: Once the training action is completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance that can be downloaded to the platform.

Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, which is why it is important that you notify the cancellations.

The cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training via email formacio@cetit.org, if 100% of the amount of the training action will not be invoiced.
