| Targets: | The aim of this course is to introduce attendees to the concept of Self-Knowledge as a fundamental tool for personal and professional growth. At the present time we are immersed in a change of Era, which takes us from the Industrial Age to the Age of Knowledge. In this process of transformation, so-called "soft-skills", understood as leadership skills, team management and managerial skills in general, are especially important. Throughout this course, attendees will learn to know each other in more depth, so they can be good with themselves. This is the first step to being good with others and developing Intrapersonal and Interpersonal intelligences, which are critical in the development of leadership and effective team management. Leadership is the critical success factor in organizations. To lead is to unleash talent, and that is why favorable conditions must be created for others to give the best of themselves. To be a good leader you must have a vocation for service. In this course we will review the fundamentals of leadership, its different styles and the relationship that have communication and a vocation for service as the main axes to become a good leader. |

| Conditions: | Cancellation of registrations: Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, for this reason it is important that you notify the cancellations.
