Mode: Hybrid. The course can be followed in person (including lunch and coffee break) or online in streaming mode. It will be necessary to specify the modality at the time of the registration.
Aimed at:

Professionals in engineering, engineering or chemical sciences students with a higher degree in vocational training, middle management, operators within their career plan and all those professionals who have activity in the field of food and its circuits.

Programming:
  1. Basic principles of the HACCP technique
  2. Development of a HACCP plan. Main tasks to be carried out for its elaboration
  3. Hazard / risk analysis
  4. Format of the professional dedications of a HACCP team
  5. HACCP practical exercise
  6. Basic operations of storage and distribution of products for human and animal feed, in liquid or solid phase.
Documentation: The documentation will be available on the platform between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the training. In the event that there is additional documentation after the training, we will provide it to you later.
Certification: Once the training action has been completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance which can be downloaded to the platform.
Targets:

The course will help participants to analyze, based on current legislation, current views on the issue of human and animal nutrition, with sustainability criteria and to determine the critical and control points in industrial facilities with production intended for the alimentary one, complemented with the accomplishment of mini cases related to the knowledge acquired towards the presented matter.

Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, which is why it is important that you notify the cancellations.

The cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training via e-mail formacio@cetit.org, if 100% of the amount of the training action will not be invoiced.
