[Online streaming course] CARBON FOOTPRINT CALCULATION

On July 7, Decree 131/2022 of the Regulation of the Law on Facilitation of Economic Activity was approved.

As important aspects we can highlight, among others, the following:

• Creation of the figure of "Authorized person", such as the one who acts on behalf of the owner of the activity only for certain economic transactions such as: filling out forms, viewing data and notifications, submitting requests that do not require the person's signature authorizing and others.
• Legislative recognition of the "Guided search of procedures" tool.
• Creation of the establishment's unique identifier as a tool to be able to make and maintain an updated list of activities and services.
• Introduction of the possibility of unified processing to facilitate the management and registration of new activities or modification of existing ones.
• Definition of substantial and non-substantial modifications.
• Need to incorporate the Technical Certificate in the transmissions of activities subject to responsible declaration (according to Law 16/2015).
• Incorporation of the catalog of all procedures available in the FUE.
• Definition of the necessary documentation for the application of strategic business projects.

The cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training through the email formacio@cetit.org, otherwise 100% of the amount of the training action will be invoiced.

Under no circumstances will the name of the interested party be published. The image is used legitimately for the College's legitimate interest in promoting these courses and their possible subsequent viewing by attendees.

By attending, these images will be kept as long as the course is uploaded to the platform. Once the period for viewing it later has passed, it will no longer be uploaded to the platform and the images will be deleted with appropriate security measures.
