This course aims to establish and systematize how to manage an engineering services company. It also introduces those who have to run an engineering company in most of the important topics that will be encountered in their professional exercise, but very focused on the management part. |

Programming: | 1. Introduction: Comparison between project and company: Differences and similarities when running a company or a project. Project Director Vs Company Director. life cycle 2. Balance sheet and operating account. Brief exposition of what a balance sheet is: Composition of the balance sheet and operating account. Concepts: Assets, liabilities, own resources, room for maneuver, expenditure and cost, price and income. Depreciation, investment, fixed assets, profit, EBITDA, Cash Flow, equity. Financing, short-term debt and long-term debt. Economic and financial control ratios. 3. Forms of business and ownership. Advantages and disadvantages of the different forms of setting up an engineering company: Joint Stock Company, Limited Company, Professional Company, Self-employed, Cooperative. 4. Government bodies. Who is the legal manager of the company: Sole administrator, board of directors, shareholders' meeting, CEO. Advantages and disadvantages. 5. Organization and organization chart.
