Targets: | Project management is the application of knowledge, skills and techniques to the activities of a project with the aim of meeting its requirements, managing scope, time, cost, risk and quality, considering the needs of the client and the different interests and expectations of those interested in the project. This course includes the foundations and good practices of Project Management defined in the PMBOK® Guide of the Project Management Institute (and affects the knowledge of the foundations and principles of Agile methodologies. General objectives: - Immersion in a process of continuous learning, innovation and pioneering knowledge - Work for people, to improve learning processes and personal and professional growth - Boost the digital and green transformation, impacting the competitiveness of people and the organizations and companies they work in Specific objectives: - Knowing how to define the scope, draw up a viable and effective plan, supervise its development and close appropriately, anticipating events and the possible risks that a project may have. - Know the basics and principles of Agile methodologies.
M ETHODOLOGY The basic methodology that will be used is focused in order to improve the skills of the professionals, in the fundamentals and practical skills, a highly interactive and participative training is presented, based on the interaction with the participants. Their reflection will be encouraged at all times, so that they can assimilate all the necessary knowledge. The training will be given in a mixed mode, 29 hours of virtual classroom, that is, live in real time, synchronously to ensure a high degree of interaction and participation between the teacher and the professionals and 1 hour in a mode where asynchronous line of the content part of sustainability/green economy. It is vitally important to manage the time of every professional, to be able to combine personal and professional activity and allocate a part to continuing education to maintain this constant updating that is required to be a good professional. The fact of developing it in a synchronous mode helps to optimize it, avoiding travel time and makes it easier to access the classroom from any point where you have a computer. The target audience of the course is: industrial technical engineers, graduate engineers and all those professionals who, due to their daily activity, need to have knowledge of methodologies and tools to improve the control and planning of the activities they carry out.
