"ON LINE" TRAINING COURSE FOR COMPETENT TECHNICIANS IN THE PREPARATION OF SELF-PROTECTION PLANS (BASIC LEVEL, ADVANCED LEVEL, BASIC + ADVANCED LEVEL)

• Basic level start: Thursday, January 18, 2024.

• Basic level exam: Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (“On line”)

• Hand in basic level work: deadline, Tuesday, March 19, 2024. ("On line")

• Upper level initial session: Thursday, April 11, 2024.

• Higher level exam: Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. at 18:30 hours ("On line")

.• Hand in higher level work: deadline, Friday, June 14, 2024.

The course will be held through the Moodle training platform.

Once accredited within the platform, you will be able to access the course contents which will be available according to the established calendar and depending on the student's monitoring level.

First you will find a general information space with the calendar, the bibliography and some other content of interest.

The basic level course is made up of 3 modules and the higher level course of 5.

Within each module you will find explanatory videos of the content, documentation and a self-assessment test to assess whether you have taken on the content. You will also find activities to do and which will be evaluated by the tutor.

At the end of each level, you will have to take an exam and hand in a paper to obtain the diploma of utilization.

• During the entire period you can contact the tutor or the administrator, via email to resolve doubts, and/or do tutoring by phone, video call or face-to-face to clarify doubts and obtain support for the development of the project.

• Each level can be completed independently, but the dates published for the basic and higher levels must be respected, and only those people who have the basic accreditation can be accredited for the higher level.

Cancellation of registrations:

Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, for this reason it is important that you notify cancellations.

The cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training through the email formacio@cetit.org, otherwise 100% of the amount of the training action will be invoiced.

Images and recording of the course: we inform you that, in compliance with the RGPD, the current legal regulations on data protection and Law 1/1982 on civil protection, right to honor, personal and family privacy and the image itself, photographs will be taken during the course and in certain cases they will be recorded and/or broadcast live. Under no circumstances will the name of the interested party be published. The image is used legitimately for the College's legitimate interest in promoting these courses and their possible subsequent viewing by attendees.

By attending, these images will be kept for as long as the course is uploaded to the platform. Once the time limit for later viewing has passed, it will no longer be uploaded to the platform and the images will be deleted with appropriate security measures.

Likewise, you have the right to request access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and the limitation and opposition to its treatment by sending an email to dpd@cetit.org.
