- Technical research on the Internet: Indexers and search engines; Search engines.
- E-mail: messages; Organization of folders and contacts; Configuration; Identities; Digital signature; Spam
- Discussion groups: News; Configuration and use of News Reader.
- Transfer of FTP files: Compress and unzip; Client programs; Download and install programs; Security: viruses, dialers, spyware.
- Website design: language, structure and editing programs; creation of a web site; graphics processing; multimedia; Forms, frames and style sheets; security on the web, distribution of files and documents; publication and maintenance of the web page.
- Files and information technology: Electronic document management; File Automation
- Safety and health conditions at work.
- Sensitization in the environment.
