| Objectives: | The public tendering course focuses on providing a solid knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework that governs these processes, allowing participants to understand the rules, requirements and obligations they must comply with when submitting a bid. |
| Programming: | PROGRAM 1.- Legal framework: Community Directives, Law 9/2017. Objective and subjective scope: 1 hour 2.- Classification of contracts. Contracts subject to harmonized regulation. 1 hour 3.- General configuration of the contract: Duration, contract manager, contractor profile, capacity and solvency, price, guarantees. 2 hours 4.- Contract preparation: Administrative and technical clauses. Special and essential conditions: 1 hour 5.- Awarding contracts; minor contracts, principles of tendering, open and restricted procedures, competitive dialogue and negotiation, technical rationalization of procurement: 3 hours 6.- Effects of compliance and termination: generic and specific issues regarding works and service contracts: 2 hours |
| Documentation: | The documentation will be available on the platform between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the training. If there is additional documentation once the training has ended, we will provide it to you later. |
| Certification: | Once the training action has been completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance that can be downloaded from the platform. |

| Conditions: | Cancellation of registrations: Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, for this reason it is important that you notify cancellations. Cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training via email formació@cetit.org, otherwise 100% of the amount of the training action will be invoiced. Images and recording of the course: we inform you that, in compliance with the provisions of the RGPD, the current legal regulations on data protection and Law 1/1982 on civil protection, the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, photographs will be taken during the course and in certain cases they will be recorded and/or broadcast live. In no case will the name of the Interested Party be published. The image is used legitimately by the legitimate interest of the College to promote these courses and their possible subsequent viewing by attendees. Due to the fact of attending, these images will be kept and while the course is posted on the platform. Once the deadline for later viewing has passed, it will no longer be posted on the platform and the images will be deleted with appropriate security measures.
