COURSE COFINED BY THE CONSORTIUM FOR CONTINUING TRAINING IN CATALONIA, CEPTA AND THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND, ADDRESSED TO WORKERS / ORES IN ASSETS
OBJECTIVES: Provide the most appropriate knowledge and tools to improve the effectiveness of a team, both from the point of view of the team's participation and management. Provide participants with the most appropriate knowledge and techniques that allow them to organize, direct, moderate and participate in meetings efficiently. It is aimed at executives and professionals who, due to their activity, have to participate or create and direct work teams and professional meetings and wish to develop their skills and improve their results.
