The correct environmental management generated by the activity of the company, the large number of published environmental norms, its constant revision, the diversity of the subject matter and the different competent organisms make it difficult for the company to have them all account and under control.
This course aims to give an overview of the current regulations (European, state, regional and municipal) and the legal requirements applicable to companies in the field of waste, discharge of waste water, atmospheric emissions, noise and integrated prevention of the pollution.
Targets:
- Identify the environmental legislation applicable to each of the environmental vectors: air, water, waste and noise
- Identify the documentation required by the Administration
- Detect breaches or anomalies in the management of the different vectors
- Keep updated environmental legislation applicable to vectors
- Integrate this regulatory framework in the environmental and integral management of the business activity
