THE OBJECTIVE of this is to give a complete, yet practical and flexible view of the entire profession of PROJECT MANAGER from the context in which they carry out their tasks to the skills that need to be developed. 7. Human resources management of the project. Address the incidents and the correct method to manage the human team to come together in the success of the project.
8. Management of communications. It establishes the strategies to support the participants in establishing the procedures for communications between the project team, their incidents and the way to establish consensus among the teams, departments or communities of the project
9. Risk management of the project. It is the most critical area, where the participant is trained to determine and analyze the risks, establishing the most appropriate strategies
10. Management of the Project's acquisitions. The analysis of the decisions, the administrative management and the closing of contracts will be thoroughly analyzed.
11. The PMBOK in practice and the Deontological Code of the Project Director. Listing the ethical behavior of the profession with the intention of empowering project managers to the community and exercising their own decision-making in taking responsibility.
12. Overview of the PMP certification, practical exams, ideas to prepare better and delivery of the documentation
