This conference has been organized on how to combat excess weight as a result of work or personal stress , aimed at the general public, both professionals and relatives.
There will be guidelines for feeding and simple rules to apply to everyday life in order to improve stress in an effective and immediate way. Those attending on leaving the conference will know perfectly well what to eat to feel better and with less weight
