The domotic and intelligent buildings pursue the same purpose that can be summarized in four sections: comfort, security, energy saving and communications.

- Installers: the installer must adapt to the new technologies to continue being competitive in a changing and evolutionary market.
- Public administrations: having 24 hours a day control of publicly owned buildings is an almost inexcusable obligation for the Public Administration departments. This day will be a must date.
