Once again, a KITCHEN AND PASTISSERIA course is organized for all those who want to have fun and acquire or expand their culinary skills in front of the guest.

Classic kitchen adapted. Introduction of new ingredients.
Pastry shop Chocolate coulant, strawberry coulant and cream, petit fours.
DOCUMENTATION: will be given notes of the recipes.
TEACHERS: the course will be given by the professors of the School of Hotel and Tourism of Cambrils.
MATERIAL THAT SHOULD BE CARRIED: spit knife, scissors, tip and apron.
DATES: from March 1 to May 3, every Thursday except April 5. It is still time to set the closing date for the dinner and the delivery of the diplomas, which will be decided during the course of the classes.
