A course on CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL STRUCTURES APPLIED TO INDUSTRIAL NAUSES ACCORDING TO THE TECHNICAL EDITORIAL CODE (CTE), has been organized , aimed at professionals who need to update their knowledge on this subject.
The METALPLA AVANÇAT 2007 2D steel structure calculation program will be used, which will be part of the documentation that will be delivered, therefore basic knowledge is required on the calculation of structures, calculation bases and actions regulations.

· Exhaustion of sections for plasticizing
· Method of the analysis of metallic structures
· Stability of bars: bending and lateral overgrowth
· Constructive organization of ships and forces equivalent to imperfections
· Presentation and use of the METALPLA AVANÇAT 2007 program
· Example of manual ship calculation according to the CTE
· Explanations of the content of the program
· Practices with the METALPLA AVANÇAT 2007 program
· Spatial structure analysis and rail beams
· Practices of space structures
