The participants will be able to question the current systems of the organization and management of the logistics chain; Analyze, orient and strategically define the global logistics chain in the different sectors, implementing and adapting new technologies to improve the management of relationships between suppliers, companies, operators and final customers. However, the participants will be empowered to effectively manage the human teams with whom they will have to collaborate in the cultural change that represents the implementation of an integrated supply chain management strategy.
HOME: October 19, 2007, Friday from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., from November to July. Occasionally, there will be some sessions on Fridays in the morning.
