GOAL:
Analyze, orient and define the logistics chain in the industrial, distribution and services sectors.
Design, implement and manage logistics relationships between suppliers, companies, logistics operators, customers and end consumers.
Acquire the right knowledge to manage logistics in an integrated way.
Develop relationship management skills that promote cooperation and teamwork, and provide useful tools for better management of time and organization of work.
DURATION: 200 h (150 attendance and 50 of project)
