Conference on Order MAH / 491/2006, of October 18.
FORMAT IN COMPUTING SUPPORT OF THE BASIC PROJECT AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION.
On 26.10.2006 the Order MAH / 491/2006, of October 18, was published in DOCG, on format in computer support of the basic project and other documentation that must accompany the request for environmental authorization of the Annex I activities and environmental license of the activities of Annex II.1 of Law 3/1998, of February 27, on the integral intervention of environmental administration (DOGC No. 4748 of 26.10.06 ).
As of January 1, 2007, this Order obliges the holder of the activity to present the technical documentation that the Order itself establishes in computer support. The form to elaborate this documentation comes described in the manuals that can be obtained in the page web of the Department of Environment and Habitat.
However, in the projects that have been presented during this year, we have detected some problems and deficiencies in the preparation and presentation of this documentation in computer support.
You should keep in mind that this new computerized documentation is obligatory and that it is understood to be included in the legal precept established in art. 26 i) and 40 g) of Decree 136/1999, of May 18, which approves the General Regulation for the implementation of Law 3/1998, of February 27, on the integral intervention of the environmental administration, and their annexes are adapted. Therefore, it is an essential part of the file and must be taken into account in the face of the formal verification that must be made of the submitted documentation, in accordance with the art. 29.1 and 41.2 of Decree 136/1999.
In accordance with these backgrounds, and with the purpose of facilitating the preparation of this new documentation in electronic format, the members of the Association are summoned to an informational meeting according to the following data:
ADDRESSED TO: practitioners and technicians who prepare or plan to develop technical projects to obtain environmental authorizations (Annex I) or environmental licenses (Annex II.1)
