The course will begin with a brief presentation of the current legal framework, followed by the identification, analysis and evaluation of risk, as well as the appropriate minimization and protection measures.
They will explain the different forms that develop the harmonized norms, alternating the theoretical part with a practical helmet.

Parallelism between the Machine Directive and RD 1215/1997: the essential requirements of the DM and the minimum provisions of the RD
Parallelism between the technical file of the new machine manufacturer and the implementation project (PPC) of the employer user of old machines.
Concept of putting it in compliance according to RD 1215/1997.
Harmonized safety standards for machines.
The technical file of new machines and the complete project of implementation in conformity (PPC) of used machines.

Additional precautions: emergency stop, consignment, avoidance of an unplanned start-up.
