The Gironda de l'Arboç, inspired by that of Seville, is said to be the most reliable reproduction around the world. As a great artistic value we can cite the details and motifs of the walls as well as the columns and ceilings with inlays of gold and nacre, the inscriptions of the Koran, the Venetian land or the handmade mosaics and paintings of mineral earth.
At the TENORIO RESTAURANT the following menu will be tasted:
FOR PICAR: Toasted cake with tomato, cod carpacci to chinchilla red pepper, squid in the Roman, croquettes of ham and chicken, rosseado of tempura noodles.
SECOND CHOOSE: teriyaki in chicken broth with sesame and ginger or grilled with steamed vegetables and white wine sauce.
DESSERTS: carpacci of orange with passion fruit sorbet.
CELLAR AND DRINKS: white, Ribeiro Veiga d'Ouro. Black, Rioja Montecillo Crianza. Mineral waters and coffees.
REGISTRATION TERM: May 4, 2009 or until the maximum number of attendees is completed.
PRICE OF THE OUTPUT: € 115
