MANAGEMENT WORK COURSE: THE PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

A WORK MANAGEMENT COURSE has been organized : THE PRODUCTION DIRECTOR with the aim of offering the attendees the acquisition of the necessary knowledge to successfully develop the management of the production management of any works of any kind Contractor company, both from the point of view of the cost analysis and the management skills of this job.

DIRECTED TO: the attendees will be the people of the client company who have a specialized training need in the field of the management of the works, especially those that carry out their profession as Director of Production. Also to those who are heads of work, directors, etc. And they want to promote themselves in the direction of production in the field of contracting works.

The course focuses on a pedagogical, debate and dialogue, through theory, brainstorming (work in groups to generate ideas) and the resolution of two cases.

DOCUMENTATION: course tracking documentation will be provided.

PROFESSOR: Ricard Nogués i Parra, Industrial Technical Engineer. Business Management and Strategy Consultant and General Manager of the company ORGANIZE (consultancy and consultancy).

CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be given to the course. Minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching hours.
