CIRCULAR CODE: 32/10

MAQUINES DIRECTIVA COURSE I RD 1215/1997. PERSPECTIVE OF THE SITUATION OF THE MACHINES WITH THE ENTRY INTO FORCE OF DIRECTIVE 2006/42.

The new Machine Directive, 2006/42 / CE, published in the OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) on 9.6.2006 and transposed into the internal legal order of Spain by Royal Decree 1644/2008, of 10 October (BOE of 11.10.2008), incorporates a series of modifications that can easily go unnoticed but that are of a very significant scope and that affect not only the manufacturer but also the user of the industrial machinery.

The proposed seminar aims to clarify and give concrete answers to the previous ones and to other questions such as:

- If I make changes to a new machine, should I justify them in accordance with the directive or the performance of the RD 1215/1997 is enough?
- If I make changes to a new machine, do I become the manufacturer?
- And if I only change the use of the machine?
- Whatever the answers to the previous questions, what do I have to do?
- And what happens if I add machines that are working separately on my plant.
- My client charges me, and from other providers, some machines that he intends to join in a line. How do I treat myself? How to deal with the line?
