For all those colleagues that use the visa service or intend to register, this practical course is organized THE OPERATION OF THE NEW CETIT VISA PLATFORM.
OBJECTIVE: To train the user colleague on the basic use of the platform for the generation and processing of a telematic or face-to-face visa.
CALENDAR:
TARRAGONA: September 14, 2010, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
TORTOSA: September 20, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
COURSE PROGRAM (2 h):
- Introduction to the platform and utilities.
- Access and update collegiate data.
- Introduction of data for the processing of the face-to-face visa.
- Introduction of data for the processing of the telematic visa:
- Digital signature with DNIe.
- Alternative software for generation and digital signature.
- History, incidents and access to the visa generated and processed.
TEACHERS: Jose Manuel Bonache Arroyo and David Bernal López, visa service personnel and people in charge of the CETIT computer area.
DOCUMENTATION: tracking documentation will be delivered.
LOCATION: Avenida de Roma, 7 from Tarragona and Mercaders street, 2 from Tortosa.
