OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE:

At the end of the course the assistant must be able to:

? Learn about the new features introduced by the new directive, 2006/42 / EC.

? Evaluate the risk information provided by the manufacturer.
? Plan and perform the minimum checks in a structured, systematic and rational way, before giving the machine approval

The seminar will begin with a brief exposition of the differences between the two machine directives and the legal obligations of the manufacturer and the user of the machine with regard to security.

Next, and based on the practical case, it proposes to obtain from the manufacturer the commitment to provide two forms related to the risks that, according to the directive 2006/42 / CE is obliged to evaluate:

'A list of type-of-danger checks.
'A risk assessment sheet, on paper and in sheet format EXCEL. This EXCEL sheet is delivered to the attendees so that they can be used in the real work.

Based on the information on risks, checklists are proposed for inspections to be carried out before accepting the machine.

All criteria for risk assessment and inspection are based on harmonized standards, for which simple rules are given for their interpretation without having to be an expert in the machinery directive.

In parallel, a practical case is raised and resolved.
