For all those members who use the visa service or intend to register, this practical course is organized on the OPERATION OF THE NEW CETIT VISA PLATFORM.
OBJECTIVE: to train the registered user on the basic use of the platform for the generation and processing of an online or face-to-face visa.
CALENDAR:
TARRAGONA: February 3, 2011, from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
TORTOSA: March 3, 2011, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
COURSE PROGRAM (2 hours):
§ Introduction to the platform and utilities.
§ Access and update of school data.
§ Input of data for the processing of the face-to-face visa.
§ Entering data for processing the online visa:
- Digital signature with DNIe.
- Software for the generation and digital signature with ACROBAT professional (or alternative with zero cost).
- History, incidents and access to the visa generated and processed.
TEACHERS: Jose Manuel Bonache i Arroyo and David Bernal i López, visa service staff and CETIT officials. Xavier Socias i Julbe, head of the Visa Service and Technical Secretary of CETIT.
DOCUMENTATION: Follow-up documentation will be provided.
LOCATION: Avinguda de Roma, 7 in Tarragona and Carrer Mercaders, 2 in Tortosa.
MINIMUM / MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ASSISTANTS: 10/30
