A course on ELABORATION OF PROJECTS OF ACTIVITIES has been organized according to the current REGULATION , (Law 20/2009, Law 3/2010, Decree 112/2010, Law 183/2010, Municipal Ordinances) that will start next February .
It will be a very practical course and will work with examples and practical cases.
DIRECTED TO: Industrial technical engineers or company personnel that are engaged in the development of these types of projects or who intends to dedicate themselves to them.
COURSE PROGRAM (12 hours):
DAY 1. Procedure and processing of the technical documentation (2.50 hours). Activities with environmental impact, public spectacles and recreational activities, prevention and safety in the matter of fires, health, plans of self protection, etc.
DAY 2. Documentation to be submitted according to the activity subject to authorization, license or communication (1.50 hours) Minimum content of technical projects Introduction to regulations that regulate the conditions that must be met in the different activities (1.5 hours) Planning CTE urban planning (DB SI, DB SUA), RSCIEI, RIPCI, SP and TINSCI Public spectacles and recreational activities
DAY 3. Introduction to regulations that regulate the conditions that must be met in the different activities (3 hours) Aesthetics centers (healthcare) Centers of worship Tattoo and piercing centers (sanitary) Light pollution Noises Installations at risk associated with the appearance of legionel'lii Occupational risks
DAY 4. Example Concurrent public project (2.50 hours)
DAY 5 . Example Parking project (2.50 hours)
DAY 6. Example Warehouse project with trade (2.50 hours)
