The objective of this course is to facilitate the understanding of all aspects related to the commercialization and free circulation in the European Union of machines and safety components covered by Directive 98/37 / EC and the new Directive 06/43 / CE.

DIRECTED TO : Manufacturers of these products or their legal representatives established in the European Union, or other interested persons as their users.

PROGRAM (12 HOURS):

1. Community regulation on machines. Harmonized regulations.
2. Transition of Directive 98/37 / EC to Directive 06/43 / EC.
3. Analysis of the different directives. Conformities with essential requirements.
4. Analysis of the different procedures of Conformity Assessment.
5. Technical Construction File. Instructions manual.
6. Declaration of Conformity. Formats and Features.
7. CE marking on the product.
8. Practical examples.
