Social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin ...) and social marketing are no longer an option, but a need for companies and individuals. Therefore, it is very important to have some minimum knowledge so that you can go after exploring and discovering these new opportunities.
This course will help you find out about the world of social networks, what types of networks exist and why they serve each one. You will also learn the dynamics, how to participate, open an account, use applications, manage the privacy and security of your user account, and take advantage of the services and opportunities that you offer.

Knowing what the 2.0 world is and what is a social network: what are and its characteristics
Learn to follow the process of registration in social networks (Facebook, Twiter and Linkedin)
Find contacts and friends and learn how to add them to your network and interact with them
Know the basic tools and applications of social networks
Apply the privacy and security options to your user accounts

He has worked in El Periódico de Catalunya and in El Periódico de Extremadura as editor, also in different social entities in communication and education, and in Barcelona Activa (Cibernàrium) as a digital literacy technique teaching Internet courses, Social Networks, Communication and Social Marketing.
