Energy Certification Day in Tarragona

As of June 1, it will be compulsory to make available to buyers or tenants of buildings or part thereof, as well as for rents over four months, a certificate of energy efficiency, to comply with Royal Decree 235/2013, of April 5, (transposition of Directive 2010/31 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 of May of 2010 regarding the energetic efficiency of the buildings).

With this certification, information on the degree of energy efficiency of the house will be obtained, and at the same time, it will be valued and will define the improvements that are necessary to be carried out by the user to increase efficiency, including a study of the Repayment of these according to the reduction of energy consumption.
