Workshop on obtaining Marc de Cava

This course is focused with the aim of presenting the theoretical and practical aspects for the development of practical Marc de Cava.

The assistants will see the distillation of cava to obtain Marc de Cava, with a traditional alambique.

TEACHING STAFF: Bruno Arnavat, Industrial Engineer and winemaker, with extensive experience as a trainer in the field to be taught.

CALENDAR: June 20, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

DOCUMENTATION: course tracking documentation will be delivered, apart from giving each assistant a bottle of Marc de Cava
