Extension of deadlines for carrying out atmospheric controls and measurements

The General Directorate of Environmental Quality and Climate Change approved resolution TES / 996/2020, of 11 May, which extended the deadline for carrying out controls and measurements on emissions into the atmosphere , until the end of the year. They have now published a resolution extending the deadlines for carrying out controls and measurements on emissions into the atmosphere and the validity of the calibration functions and monitoring tests.

This resolution resolved to extend until March 31, 2021 the period granted by resolution TES / 996/2020, of May 11 for the performance of periodic measurements of emitting foci and atmospheric controls of establishment, as well as tests of follow-up, as long as the order of the actions to the enabled collaborating entities of environment has realized or realizes before the 31 of December of this year.
