LOCAL MUPITI ASSEMBLY 2021

We relate the agenda of the Call of the Local Assembly of the Mutual Society that will celebrate in the headquarters of the school of Tarragona Avinguda Roma, 7 the day 14 June, to the 18:30 hours with the following points of the agenda:

AGENDA

1- Report of the Delegate of MUPITI

2- Approval, if applicable, of the management, the annual accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Statement of Equity, Statement of Cash Flows and Report) and the Management Report, corresponding to the financial year ended December 31, 2020; prior submission to the General Assembly, for its information, of the report of the Audit Committee. Approval, if applicable, of the proposal for the application of the results for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.

3- Approval of the “Budget Approval, if applicable, of the“ Income and Expenditure Budget ”and the“ Investment Budget ”for the financial year 2021.

4- Approval, if applicable, of the proposal to amend the General Statutes of Mupiti to incorporate the functions, composition and operation of the Audit Committee.

5- Approval, if applicable, of the proposed amendments to the Mupiti Regulations indicated below and which have been previously accepted by the Board of Directors:

A. Regulation of Contributions and Benefits:

1) 2021 rate update.

2) Creation of the new InverCiti savings insurance.

B. Regulation of the Mupiti Professional insurance, to allow the payment of arrears and regulate the bonus in the case of people with disabilities.

C. Regulations of the Audit Committee, to define the composition of its members.

6- Information to the Local Assembly on the new Insurance Distribution Law and on the classification of the different products of the Mutual Society.

7- Approval, if applicable, for the holding of the General Assembly of the Mutual Society in 2022 in a place other than the registered office, in order to achieve greater dissemination of the Mutual Society, and presentation of proposals

8- Prayers and questions.
