New aid line for workers in ERTE

DATA AND SERVICES informs that on July 5 will open the deadline for registration prior to the extraordinary aid which, on this occasion, is aimed at workers affected by an ERTO, as a result of the crisis caused by the pandemic of the covid, and to people with a discontinuous fixed-term contract who benefit from the extraordinary benefit.

It is worth mentioning that the registration form must be submitted only by electronic means, from 9 am on July 5, 2021 until 3 pm on July 15, 2021.

Who can pre-register?

• Individuals employed by others, including workers with a fixed-term contract.
• Working members of cooperatives and labor societies and working members of cooperatives.

Requirements to access pre-registration

• Have an address in a municipality of Catalonia.
• Be included in a file of temporary regulation of active employment, ERTO, with total or partial suspension of the contract, for economic, technical, organizational, production or force majeure reasons related to the covid, at least one day in the period included between 1 and 31 May 2021 or, in the case of people with a discontinuous fixed-term contract, provided for in the second final provision of Royal Decree-Law 2/2021, within the aforementioned period.
• Be the holder of the contributory unemployment benefit of the State Public Employment Service, SEPE, or of the extraordinary benefit.
• Comply with the requirements set out in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General of Subsidies and other applicable regulations.
