Subsidies for energy rehabilitation of existing buildings

Today, Wednesday 4 August 2021, Royal Decree 691/2021, of 3 August, was published in the BOE, which regulates the subsidies to be granted for energy rehabilitation actions in existing buildings, in execution of the Program of energy rehabilitation for existing buildings in municipalities of demographic challenge (PREE 5000 Program), included in the Program of regeneration and demographic challenge of the Plan of rehabilitation and urban regeneration of the Plan of Recovery, Transformation and Resilience, as well as its direct concession in the autonomous communities.
