We would like to inform you that the Government has opened a 3rd pre-registration order for Business Solvency Grants to help the self-employed and companies. A company or natural person applying in the 1st or 2nd pre-registration order may be applying for this 3rd as the temporary scope of the grants and eligible costs is extended. The deadline opened last Friday and closes this Friday, November 19 at 2 p.m.
This third call makes the requirements more flexible and extends the deadlines. Specifically, with respect to the two previous calls, the main novelties are:
- It is not necessary to have debts to take advantage of them: in addition to covering outstanding debts, the line also covers fixed costs paid or unpaid, such as rent or supplies.
- People and companies that have already applied for this aid in any of the previous calls can also be accepted, regardless of whether it has been granted, denied or is still pending resolution.
- The time frame is extended by four months: that is, coverage will be given to debts contracted and fixed costs paid between March 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021 (as long as they have not been requested in previous calls)
- The payment is expedited, which will be delivered to the person / company requesting from the moment of making the previous registration effective, if all the requirements are met at the outset.
We remind you that these grants are aimed at self-employed and SMEs, and the amounts are up to 3,000 euros if they are taxed by objective estimation in the IRFP (module system) and between 4,000 and 200,000 euros in other models of taxation.
